Patrick brings over 15 years of proven leadership in security operations, strategic business management, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and high-stakes team development. As Director of Security at a private school, he developed and implemented comprehensive school-wide security protocols, emergency response procedures, risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and active threat training programs while ensuring full compliance with state and diocesan regulations and partnering with law enforcement.

His leadership foundation was built in the U.S. Army, where he served as a Field Artillery Non-Commissioned Officer and later in talent acquisition and recruiting roles. There he mastered operational planning, crisis response, safety management, and building cohesive, mission-ready teams during multinational NATO exercises and specialized training. Transitioning to the private sector, he served as President of Operations at a financial investment firm, leading the development and launch of investment products and implementing data-driven strategies in a highly regulated environment. Patrick holds multiple business and marketing degrees and continues to elevate his education through Fordham University's School of Professional and Continuing Studies.

Patrick’s strategic vision, military-honed discipline, and hands-on approach are fundamental to Stalwart Security Group’s growth and operational excellence. His experience developing and implementing strong security protocols, combined with Robert’s operational and law enforcement perspective, creates overlapping yet complementary viewpoints that strengthen every aspect of the company’s service delivery.

Robert brings over two decades of operational leadership, compliance oversight, and security expertise. As a former law enforcement officer and seasoned project coordinator and program manager, he has led high-stakes initiatives across healthcare, enterprise, and campus environments, ensuring contract integrity, workforce readiness, and technology-driven accountability.

Robert has extensive experience spearheading training roll-outs, system administration, remote learning innovations, disciplined scheduling, cost control, and performance auditing across multi-site operations. His hands-on approach is central to Stalwart’s brand promise. He personally oversees client on-boarding, compliance documentation, operational planning, and day-to-day execution, ensuring every engagement reflects professionalism, transparency, and founder-led accountability. Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.

Robert’s operational discipline, law enforcement background, and client-focused execution complement Patrick’s strategic leadership. Their shared experience developing and implementing strong security protocols from overlapping viewpoints (military and law enforcement perspectives) ensures robust, practical, and effective systems across the organization.
